Prepare Your Dose
Remove the pen cap and inspect the solution. It should be clear and colorless. Attach a new sterile needle by screwing it onto the pen tip. Remove both needle caps.
Prime the Pen
For first use or when attaching a new needle, dial to 2 units and press the dose button while pointing the needle upward. A small drop should appear at the needle tip. This ensures proper function.
Select Your Dose
Turn the dose dial to your prescribed amount. The dial clicks with each unit. Double-check the dose window to confirm the correct setting before injection.
Choose Injection Site
Recommended sites include the abdomen (2 inches from navel), front of thighs, or back of upper arms. Clean the area with an alcohol swab and let it dry completely.
Inject
Pinch a fold of skin at the cleaned site. Insert the needle at a 45-90 degree angle depending on your body composition. Press the dose button completely and hold for 10 seconds to ensure full delivery.
After Injection
Remove the needle and apply gentle pressure with a clean cotton ball if needed. Safely dispose of the needle in a sharps container. Replace the pen cap and store as directed.
Temperature Requirements
Store unopened pens in the refrigerator between 36-46°F (2-8°C). Do not freeze. Once opened, pens can be stored at room temperature (up to 77°F/25°C) for up to 28 days.
Light Protection
Keep the pen away from direct sunlight and bright light. Store in the original packaging when not in use to protect from light exposure.
Handling Precautions
Do not shake the pen vigorously. Avoid dropping or exposing to extreme temperatures. Check expiration dates before use and discard if expired or if the solution appears cloudy or discolored.
Timing
For optimal absorption, take sublingual NAD+ on an empty stomach, preferably first thing in the morning or at least 30 minutes before meals.
Administration
Place the tablet or drops under your tongue. Hold in place for 60-90 seconds to allow for absorption through the sublingual membrane before swallowing.
Avoid
Do not eat, drink, or brush teeth for at least 15 minutes after taking sublingual NAD+. This ensures maximum absorption and effectiveness.

Sample Collection
Follow the specific collection method for your test type. For blood tests, use the provided lancet on your fingertip. For saliva tests, collect the required amount in the provided tube.
Packaging & Shipping
Place sample in the biohazard bag, seal properly, and place in the prepaid return envelope. Ship within 24 hours of collection for accurate results.
Results
Results are typically available within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email notification when your results are ready to view in your account dashboard.
